Mission

Modern crowdfunding was captured by phone cases, coolers, and dropship gadgets. The projects that would move civilization forward — atmospheric water generators, closed-loop batteries, engineered reefs — either can't raise the capital they need or drown in regulatory complexity. We built Forge to change that: curated pipeline, escrowed milestones, mentor councils with skin in the game, and SEC-registered offerings when equity is on the table.

Legal & regulatory

Gnosis Forge Inc. is a Delaware C-corporation. The platform is operated under the funding portal registration filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and is a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

All investors pass identity verification (KYC), bad-actor screening under SEC Rule 503, and — for accredited-only offerings — accreditation verification through iCapital or VerifyInvestor. Creators receiving funds pass KYB and 2FA-mandatory account controls.

Funds are held in escrow with our payment processor of record. Forge does not custody fiat directly.
